Except for me. Part advisor, part consigliere, I’m the person in the room whose only agenda is your success on your own terms. High achieving founders, executives, and operators come to me when they need an unbiased advisor who can see their situation in its entirety.

I have both advanced degrees in Talent Management and Coaching credentials, but most importantly, I’ve led this work firsthand — running strategy for organizations comprising hundreds of people and billions of dollars in revenue. I combine depth of knowledge on talent and leadership management principles with the pragmatism of what actually works in a professional environment.
