ABOUT ME

I have years of real-world experience supporting leaders expand their skills, reach their goals, and thrive while doing it

I am a Harvard graduate with a master’s in organizational psychology. In the first part of my career, I stood up new teams, cultivated leaders, and coached at every level from Vice President of a Fortune 100 company to individual contributors at start-ups. I also served as Chief of Staff in a 200-person organization with a $1.5BN book of business and partnered with Meta (then Facebook) executives on their talent management strategy.

As a coach, you can expect me to be supportive and realistic. You can expect warmth and honesty. I’ll meet you where you are, adapting my coaching style to your needs.

Coaching relationships are most effective when you’re doing the bulk of the talking—this is backed by research. But I do more than just hold up a mirror. When appropriate, I offer my advice and perspective, honed through years of professional experience and formal training.
