Hi, I’m Rebecca.

I work with founders, executives, and high-potential leaders ready to operate at a higher level. Clients call me when “good” no longer feels good enough. Together, we make sure they like revenue, reputation, and relationships.

When it comes to advice about work, you probably have many different voices in your ear. Your spouse who wants you to make more – or work less. Your colleagues. Your manager. Family and friends. All of them have only partial context. All of them have their own agenda.

I strive to become my client’s go-to: my only agenda is ensuring that you excel according to your own terms. I’m part advisor, part consigliere. And together, we take a birds eye view in helping you succeed.

No biases, no preconceived notions, no need to hold anything back strategically in our conversation.

I previously coached and worked in People Operations through two startup acquisitions and for eight years at Meta. Also at Meta, I was a Chief of Staff supporting a 200-person, $1.5 billion dollar sales organization. My academic background includes a master's in organizational psychology, a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
