I’ve stood up new teams, cultivated leaders, and coached at every level, from Vice Presidents at a Fortune 100 company to individual contributors at start-ups. These teams have had hundreds of employees and collectively driven billions in revenue.

My previous experience includes coaching and leading in People Operations through two startup acquisitions and for eight years at Meta. I have a master’s in organizational psychology, a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Now, I support founders, executives, and new C-suite leaders, helping them lead people, define a vision, and partner with other executives inside and outside their organizations.
